We have a choice of bikes located at the park available to book & pay online for immediate collection at reception. Click here to book.
All our bikes are provided with a Helmet, Lock and Puncture Repair Kit as standard.
What do I need?
– proof of identity (Driving Licence or Passport)
– supervision of Parent/Guardian if under 16
– suitable clothing (i.e. warm & dry but not baggy)
Simply book by choosing your Bike, Pay Online then Collect from Reception.
Please Note: Bookings and payments can only be made using online booking system. Park reception staff will look after the collection and return of your bike, but they are unable to accept bookings or payments directly.
Bikespokes is a fully certified Bosch eBike Service Centre. This means we can support you with all your Bosch eBike needs for any make or model of bike whether you are looking for Software Updates, Diagnostics Report, Spare Parts, Warranty Claim or simply a Service.
Software Update – £20
As a Bosch UK service centre we have the software to update all Bosch eBike Systems from 2011 onwards. The beauty of the Bosch system is that it can be updated so, for example, in a few years time if Bosch bring out new features or functions there’s no need to buy a new eBike, simply update it! From time to time Bosch also release bug fixes that although may have gone un-noticed on your eBike, may prevent future issues.
Diagnostics Report – £20
If your Bosch eBike has developed a fault, or is producing error codes, we can access the firmware and find out exactly where the fault lies saving valuable time to get you back on the road quickly. This can also be handy for anyone buying or selling their Bosch powered eBike. We can use this service to run off a diagnostics report and provide a printout of the eBike’s history. This includes several different parameters such as Usage, Service History, Date of Manufacture, Frame & Electrical Serial Numbers, Total Battery Charge Cycles, Current Capacity, Maximum Battery Temperature, Previous Faults etc etc. This is a really usefull tool for sellers as they can actually prove the history of the electric bike to potential buyers increasing interest and possibly even the price of their eBike.
Please Note: This service is to diagnose faults only, the fault can then be rectified by us on your request at extra charge.
Light Switch Activation – £15
This is a service to activate the ON/OFF light button on the Bosch eBike head unit. You can pre-wire lights directly from within the motor housing. Once installed, the light switch needs to be activated using by connecting your bike to the Bosch software. Lighting cables can be ordered at an extra cost.
This service covers all Bosch Classic+, Active & Performance line eBikes model years 2013 onwards. This service is to activate the switch button only, this is not to fit or wire the light onto the bike.
eBike General Service – £75
Bikespokes General Service + Diagnostic Check + Software Update + Drive unit casing removed, cleaned & checked + Battery Check (connections cleaned & greased) + Lock Mechanism check (cleaned & greased) + Full Report Printout supplied.
