ANY MORE QUESTIONS?
What area do you cover?
We are based near Forres and normally travel up to 25 miles from there which takes in Nairn, Findhorn, Burghead, Hopeman, Lossiemouth, Elgin, Fochabers and Grantown-on-Spey. If you are a little further, such as Aberlour or Buckie for example, then please get in touch as it requires coordinating other work nearby to allow for the extra time and fuel.
What if I need my bike to get to work?
We can carry out the service at your work if it is more convenient, or collection and delivery service also available.
Can you fit parts that I have bought elsewhere?
Yes of course. We can supply most parts at a competitive price but if you would rather source your own, that’s fine.
Do I need to be present?
No, as long as we can get access to your bike and have a way of contacting you, there is no need for you to be present.
What happens if you find other faults during a service?
We will advise you of any other problems we come across and the best course of action, but you are free to decide how much work is carried out.
Do you work on Electric Bikes?
We are a fully certified Bosch eBike Service Centre so if you have a Bosch system then yes. We are also official agents for Hikobike so we have full technical support for those too. If your eBike is neither of those, then we can still do all the mechanical jobs, but not software updates or electrical faults.
What do you NOT do?
Working from a van on a mobile basis does have it's limitations. We are unable to help with suspension servicing or repairs - there are good local specialists available specifically for that. We also don't work with tubeless tyre setups but don't worry if your tyres state "tubeless ready" on the side - they probably still have inner tubes inside unless you asked for tubeless when you purchased the bike.
How do I pay you?
Just like a normal shop, we accept Cash, Cheques and Credit or Debit Cards. You can also pay online via PayPal or BACS bank transfer if you prefer.
